Quantum verifies your coverage, identifies any copays, coinsurance, or deductibles, and obtains required documentation from your physician and plan.
Shoe fitting
If eligible, a certified shoe fitter may schedule an in-home appointment to measure and fit you for your diabetic shoes.
Delivery and final fitting
Once your shoes are ready, the fitter delivers them to your home and confirms the shoes and inserts fit properly and comfortably.
Did you know
Medicare and many insurance plans may cover one pair of diabetic shoes and up to three pairs of inserts each year when eligibility requirements are met.

Ordering inserts through insurance
Inserts and insoles are not covered on their own through insurance. When you order diabetic shoes through insurance, eligible inserts are included with that order, up to three pairs per year when requirements are met. Prefer to skip the shoes? You can buy inserts directly with cash anytime.

Medicare and many insurance plans may cover CGM systems such as Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre, including receivers, sensors, and related supplies. Eligible patients may receive supplies on a monthly or 90-day schedule when coverage requirements are met.
